Light in the dark

It is during these strange times especially joyful to share the news that a second album with TERJUNGENSEMBLE is coming out soon. “Den annen sang” is scheduled to be on the digital platforms on February 1st. Listen to samples:

Three commissions were premiered in Oslo in September last year. Thanks to the very fine musicians and the soloist Ingebjørg Lognvik Reinholdt – and not the least our producer Geir Inge Lotsberg – I can say we are presenting here a dedicated documentation of the works at hand, composed by Agnes Ida Pettersen (“Å vere i livet”), Ørjan Matre (“Tre sanger etter Ragnar Vigdal”) and Herman Vogt (“Den annen sang”).

We also include two recordings from autumn 2019, of a well known piece, “Koppången” by Per-Erik Moraeus, and “Flodens död” after August Bohlin, played on nyckelharpa by the eminent Åshild Breie Nyhus. As conductor and artistic leader of the project, I’d like to thank all contributors for their eminent work!

This release will also feature Headphone (binaural) versions of some of the pieces.
